Invisible penetrating stain blocking masonry sealer for DENSE SURFACES
GST International's Stain Block Elite masonry sealer is a state of
the art water and stain resistant penetrating sealer
specifically designed for dense concrete, brick and
masonry surfaces. When dry it is virtually invisible,
leaving the surface with its original appearance and
breathability. It resists oil and grease stains, rust stains,
moss, mildew and spalling problems associated with
freeze/thaw cycles. Stain Block Elite masonry sealer provides superior
protection against moisture penetration, thereby
reducing the formation of efflorescence.
Stain Block Elite masonry sealer chemically bonds with the silicates
present in the substrate surface, forming an insoluble
barrier that cannot wear away, fade, yellow, crack or
peel. It is highly alkaline resistant and designed for use
on dense surfaces such as; marble, granite, limestone,
travertine, polished or tumbled stones, concrete, brick,
pavers, slate, precast concrete, tile and cultured and
natural stone. It's easy to apply, fast drying, and can be
applied even in cold or damp conditions. Commonly
used in both commercial and residential applications,
i.e.: eating, food preparation and serving areas.
LIMITATIONS:
Will not resist moisture where hydrostatic pressure is
active. Do not use as a pre-grout sealer. Once installed,
this product is not removable.
